Data deletion instructions

You can ask Rispri Labs to delete personal information we hold about you, including information linked to our store, laboratory and training services, our email lists, Water Channel, WhatsApp communications and the RispriLabs Meta application.

Only want to stop emails?

You do not need a deletion request to stop emails. Use the Manage your email preferences or unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails. It lets you switch off Water Channel briefs, the bi-weekly digest, Rispri Labs updates and offers, or events and training, or unsubscribe from all of them. Unsubscribing stops the emails but does not delete your information.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@risprilabs.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Give the email address or WhatsApp number you used with us (with the country code) and tell us which service it relates to, for example the store, a Water Channel subscription, our email list or WhatsApp.
3. Tell us what you want deleted: a particular message, your email or WhatsApp contact record, your Water Channel subscription and reading rewards, or your account and all associated personal information.

Where possible, send the request from the email address concerned. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or identity documents with your first message.

What happens next

Our team reviews each request and may contact you to confirm the information belongs to you or to clarify what you want deleted. We will tell you the outcome, including any records we cannot delete and why. You can follow up in the same email thread.

Records we may keep

Some information may need to be kept for accounting, tax or legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes or unfinished orders. We keep a minimal suppression record (your email address or number and the fact that you opted out) so that we do not contact you again by mistake. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced in the normal cycle. Deleting information from our systems does not delete copies held independently by Meta, Google or other parties.

Stop WhatsApp marketing

Reply STOP to a marketing message from our business number, +91 6397063498, to stop future campaigns. This unsubscribes you but is not a deletion request. To have your information deleted as well, email us as described above.

Remove Meta account access

If you connected a Meta account to RispriLabs, you can remove the integration in your Meta account's app or business-integration settings. Removing access does not necessarily delete information we already hold; send a deletion request for that. For data Meta holds itself, use Meta's own privacy controls.
