Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of personal information held by Rispri Labs, including information associated with our store, Water Channel, WhatsApp communications and the RispriLabs Meta application.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@risprilabs.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Provide the email address or WhatsApp number you used with us, including the country code, and identify the service or account concerned.
3. Tell us whether you want to delete a particular message, marketing contact record or your account and associated personal information.

Where possible, send the request from your registered email address. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or identity documents with your initial request.

What happens next

Our team reviews requests manually and may contact you to verify ownership or clarify the information involved. We will explain the outcome, including any records that cannot be deleted and the reason. Processing depends on verification and the records involved and is subject to applicable requirements. You can follow up using the same email thread.

Records that may be retained

Some information may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes or unfinished transactions. A limited suppression record may be retained to prevent future marketing after you opt out. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced under the applicable backup cycle. Deletion from our systems does not delete copies independently held by Meta or other parties.

Stop WhatsApp marketing

Reply STOP to a marketing message from our business number, +91 6397063498, to stop future campaigns. This is an unsubscribe action, not a full deletion request. To request deletion as well, email us as described above.

Remove Meta account access

If you connected a Meta account to RispriLabs, you can remove the integration in your Meta account’s app or business-integration settings. Removing access does not necessarily delete information already held by us; submit a deletion request to address that information. For data held independently by Meta, use Meta’s own privacy controls.
